My name is Megan Swanwick and I am the founder of the Blind Tiger Bakehouse. Formerly Elite Baking Co., but we rebranded in 2024. I started baking when I was really young. My time in the kitchen was normally spent with my gramma, she is where my love for the kitchen comes from. There is a little bit of her in every order I do, and I run this business how she would have. Always going the extra mile and making sure everything is perfect. And no matter how busy I am, there will always be a personalized touch! My professional baking started through family friends just making things for their events. At the end of 2020 I had enough people interested that I decided to make it officially a business. Thus Elite Baking Co. was born. From that moment on things got so busy. I did weddings, birthdays, graduations, all the holidays and some corporate events. I am blessed to have gotten so much support so early on and would not be where I am today if it were not for my wonderful clients. I appreciate all of you and cannot wait to get to know more of you guys under our new name.
